Phani recognized how much effort it took for the patient to be at the appointment, and did not want the patient or her caretaker to be further inconvenienced, so she stepped up to make the experience the smoothest for the patient. She did not have to do this, but really had the mentality of "patient first", which makes her an absolute gift to this department, and she should be recognized for the person she is."
